Once on the grounds, the stay was exceptional. They were extremely short staffed, due to people not showing up for work, but the lady at the desk more than made up for it with getting us in a nice clean room, on the first floor even ! The water was warm fast, didnt have to wait for it to heat up. We just needed a clean, safe place to stay, and she made it happen. She should have a huge raise. It's hard to find good help like that. Plus, it was close to everywhere we wanted to go. I would stay there again. Very happy with the whole experience.

The beds were huge and so comfy! And the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent love that I could take it to my room to enjoy so I could sleep.

Location is great. The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation. I was told this at check in and informed there MAY be some renovation activity still going on in my room. That was the case (minor drywall repairs) but did not bother me at all.

The breakfast was about over when we arrived, ran out of coffee and the bottom dregs were awful. But the attendant did make a new pot for us. Everything was about gone at that point. It was about 10 min. til 9 AM The location was close to the music center which is what we wanted.

Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean looking, with the exception that the flat sheet had a large "coffee/tea?" stain in the center of it where the pillows lay. My husbad assured me it was a stain from coffee or tea, so we did not complain. But, some people will not be as forgiving. It honestly should have been easily noticed by housekeeping when the bed was made, as I saw it within the first minute in the room.

Mostly loved the facility and provisions that came with but continental breakfast could use some work as there wasn’t any orange juice, there wasn’t but 1 choice for cold cereal, there wasn’t FRESH fruit the oranges needed tossed….. I stayed here as a last minute decision

This is actually a motel, because you have to enter from the outside. I originally booked a second floor room, so the gentleman at the front desk was able to move us to a first floor for us. We are both disabled have a lot of trouble with stairs!!! 2 Thumbs up.

It was an escape from everyday life and we enjoyed it very much it's peaceful and quiet and relaxing and there are restaurants really close,. Arby's literally in the parking lot. The parking lot is well lit and it feels safe. We have already booked a room for another escape.

Everything was great except one thing the toilet has some yellow stuff on the lid but that was probably from wear and tear by aging but other than that it’s a wonderful place to stay very friendly people we will be staying here for a while
